● You have 2 months to use an online 5 class pass and one month to use a single pass


In studio


● There are currently no in studio classes as we are looking for new premises.

What to bring


Yoga mats, blocks, straps, pillows etc.


What to wear


Wear comfortable, loose or stretchy clothing. We don’t wear shoes in the yoga hall, so socks are advisable, and a hoodie or jumper to make sure you stay warm during the final relaxation.


Food and drinks


Please don’t have a heavy meal for at least 2 hours prior to the yoga class, and don’t eat in the hour or so before class. You can drink water or herbal tea but not coffee before the yoga class.


Meditation classes


In our meditation sessions, we simply sit on chairs or cushions, sometimes a gentle movement session precedes, and relax into the present moment.
